Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT - When Payment is received in full, the order will be processed and received by customer within 14 – 28 days.

LAY-BUY - You can choose to lay-buy any of our items as long as your order total comes to $100 or more, not including postage costs. All payments must be made by the due date and the item will not be ordered until full payment is received. We require regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments to be made. We reserve the right to cancel any lay-buys if payment terms are not met. There will be an administration fee when cancelling a lay-buy of $5.00, this will be deducted from your refund at time of cancellation.

RETURNS – Will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, if the product has a fault or damage due to manufacturing, or received broken or damaged. Where a return takes place we will refund or replace the item, with proof of purchase presented on claim and return. If you choose a delivery option without signature or insurance we will not be held responsible for lost items. If an item needs to be returned to us we require you to pay postage if you are an international customer. Australian residents can choose to send the damaged item by COD by going into your local Australia Post Office and filling out a COD form. You can find the return address at the bottom of our store.

FREE DELIVERY - Free delivery option is only available to Australian Residents once your order comes to $150 or more, not including postage. If for some reason this option becomes available to International buyers we will cancel your order and inform you that you have to pay postage costs when placing your corrected order.
